Non utilizzare mai combustibili tali come carbone di legno, cubi da combustione,
sostanze liquide speciali per graticole classiche… per aumentare la temperatura o
accelerare la cottura. Quest’apparecchio può avere come unica fonte di calore la
propria resistenza scaldante. Non aggiungere nulla.
Non coprire l’apparecchio.
Le preparazioni con olio o con grasso si possono infiammare se sono surriscaldate. State
molto prudenti.
ATTENZIONE: NON USARE MAI L’APPARECCHIO SENZA I PIEDI DEL SUPPORTO DELLA
GRIGLIA.

MONTAGGIO DELL’APPARECCHIO (vedi pagina 2, disegno A)
1. Rovesciare il supporto della griglia (7) e fissarvi i 4 piedi (8). Per farlo, sistemarli al posto
previsto con questo fine sotto il supporto della griglia e girarli di un quarto di giro in senso
antiorario. Assicurarsi che siano fissati correttamente.
2. Fissare il vassoio centrale (11) sui piedi dell’apparecchio (9) con le viti fornite (10).
3. Sistemare il supporto della griglia (7) sui piedi dell’apparecchio (9) in modo che questi si
inseriscano nei piedi del supporto della griglia (8).
Nota: si può utilizzare l’apparecchio senza il supporto con il vassoio centrale, ma occorre
fissarlo sui piedi del supporto della griglia (8).
PRIMA ACCENSIONE DELL'APPARECCHIO
Pulire la graticola e gli accessori (vedi PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE). Vi consigliamo di far scaldare
l’apparecchio durante 10 minuti senza cibo per eliminare gli eventuali residui di grassa
proveniente dalla fabbricazione.
USO (vedi pagina 3, disegno B)
ATTENZIONE: L’APPARECCHIO NON PUÒ ESSERE USATO SENZA I PIEDI DEL SUPPORTO DELLA
GRIGLIA (8).
QUANDO I PIEDI SONO FISSATI ALL’APPARECCHIO, SISTEMARLO SU UNA SUPERFICIE LISCIA E
STABILE.
Piazzare il vassoio collettore di sugo in alluminio (6) nel supporto della griglia (7).
Versare l’acqua nel vassoio collettore in alluminio. Attenzione: badare che non manchi
acqua durante tutto il periodo di cottura perché l’acqua tenderà ad evaporarsi. Evitare
di versare acqua sulla resistenza per non correre rischi.
Inserire la resistenza (3) e il termostato (5) nel supporto della griglia facendo scorrere il
termostato sul bordo del supporto, ed inserire poi le due aste laterali negli orifici previsti
con questo fine da ambo le parti del supporto della griglia.
Se necessario, sistemare il paravento (1) inserendo i salienti negli orifici previsti con questo
fine nel supporto della griglia.
Piazzare la griglia (2) sopra l’elemento riscaldante. Ci sono tre livelli per la griglia, secondo
l’intensità di cottura desiderata (vedi disegno B, pagina 3).
Collegare l’apparecchio. Regolare il termostato sulla temperatura desiderata. La spia
luminosa (4) si accenderà, indicando che l’apparecchio è in funzione. Durante la cottura,
la spia si spegnerà quando sarà giunta la temperatura giusta.
Quando è giunta la temperatura voluta, piazzare gli alimenti sulla griglia.
Il tempo di cottura dipende dal tipo di alimenti e dai propri gusti.
