When replacing the batteries, do not throw the old one in the regular dustbin, but
eliminate it in an environment-friendly way by throwing it in a container especially
intended for that purpose.

person who is qualified, approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to
avoid all danger. In any case you should return the appliance to this electrician.
INSTALLATION OF THE BUBBLE MAT'S MOTOR UNIT
The main unit is designed for wall-mounting to ensure complete electrical safety (NB: if you
doubt at all about correct positioning or fixing, always consult a qualified electrician).
However, this appliance may also be used if it is not mounted on the wall, as long as certain
safety distances are observed, see below.
Wall-mounting:
We recommend wall fixing not less than 1 meter horizontally from the bath at a height of
1.8 meters from the floor. The main unit must be positioned where it cannot be touched by
anyone in the bath.
Under no circumstances should it be fixed where it could fall into the bath, sink or toilet.
The main unit should be hung with the air outlet at the bottom.
Measure the distance between the holes situated at the back of the bracket and drill two
holes in the wall at the same distance, taking extreme care not to drill through electric
cables, water or gas pipes that may be located in the wall.
Fully push the wall anchoring plugs into the holes and screw in the 2 screws by letting them
more or less 7 millimetres out of the wall. (note: for hollow studded walls, special anchors
will be required for secure fixing – these are not provided).
Position the main unit so that the screw heads enter the circular hole in the keyhole-
shaped holes on the back.
Pull the main unit downward to secure it onto the fixing screws. Note: the depth of the
screws may need adjusting to ensure a tight, secure fit.
Installation without wall mounting:
Always make sure that the appliance is installed at a distance of at least 1 meter from the
bathtub.
Under no circumstances should it be installed where it could fall into the bath, sink or toilet.
Make sure the motor housing is out of reach of the user who is in the bathtub.
BUBBLE MAT OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Put the mat into the empty bathtub and press to secure the suction cups onto the bathtub
floor. If the suction cups do not stick well to the bottom, slightly moisten them first.
Insert the valve end of the hose (end with small arrows) into the motor unit and twist
clockwise to lock.
Insert the other end of the hose tube into the mat connector.
Fill the bathtub with water until the desired level.
With dry hands, plug the power cord in to a socket, as far as possible from the bathtub.
This unit is controlled by a cordless remote control. All functions can be controlled with this
remote control.
