INSTRUCCIÓN DE ASAMBLEA
Lista de herramientas requeridas:
Destornillador / Llave Ajustable / Ingresa
Solución de detección de escape:una parte de detergente y
tres partes de agua
Antes de asamblea, asegure quitar todos los empaques y
materials de protección de tránsito.
Monte todos los tuercas y pernos de forma flexible al
principio. Apriete todas las conexiones después de terminar
la asamblea. Eso facilita su trabajo y aumenta la
establecidad de su aparato.
Desviación pequeña del equipo puede producirse, que no
tiene relación con la calidad pero necesita mejoramiento.
ASAMBLEA
FASE 1: Atornille panel trasero de caja a la base con 5pzs pernos
M5 x 12 y 5pzs arandelas. (Detalle Abb. A)
Nota: Empieza con dos pernos en el ambos lados de caja
de tanque, y luego tres pernos en el medio de caja de
tanque, que puede facilitar la asamblea.
FASE 2: Empuje la tapa de caja en el panel trasero de caja y
póngala en el panel trasero de caja. Atornille la tapa de
caja al panel trasero de caja con 5pzs pernos M5 x 12 y
5pzs arandelas. (Detalle Abb. B)
FASE 3: Sujete el poete encima la tapa de caja con 4pzs pernos
M6 x 12 y 4pzs arandelas y luego ponga la cubierta
plástica en el poste. (Detalle Abb. C)
FASE 4: Coloque el reflector al quemador principal por medio de
3pzs tuercas de tapa redonda y 3 pzs arandelas. (Detalle
Abb. D)
FASE 5: Sujete tubería interior de gas al quemador principal (Vea
Figura 1).
Nota: Pruebe la rigurosidad. Si los daños son evidentes,
debe eliminarlos inmediatamente. (Vea Test de Escape)
Y luego sujete el quemador principal al poste con 3 pernos
M5 x 12 y 3pzs arandelas. (Detalle Abb. E)
FASE 6: Sujete la puerta a la caja. ( Vea Figura 2 y Detalle Abb. F)
