Le rôti ne cuit pas de façon uniforme.
• Avez-vous positionne le rôti de façon uniforme autour de l’étui
couvrant l’élément chauffant central ? Le rôti doit être centré
vers la partie la plus haute pour cuire uniformément.
• La rôti a-t-il une forme non-conventionnelle, avec un côté plus
étroit et un plus large ? Essayez de cuire le rôti sans utiliser
l’élément central.
Il y a un trou au milieu du rôti
• Cela est typique pour tout rôti cuit dans une rôtisserie. Dans le cas
de cet appareil, puisque l’élément central aide à cuire le rôti, le
trou central va être peut être plus important et visible que dans
d’autres rôtisseries. Cependant, le rôti va aussi cuire de façon
beaucoup plus rapide.
• Pour minimiser le trou central, ne mettez pas l’élément chauffant
central en fonction pour la cuisson. Le rôti mettra plus longtemps
à cuire, mais le trou sera moins visible.
