19 Transmissions

19.1 Dérailleur arrière

Ce mode d’emploi décrit la manipulation des composants

de transmission typiques courants des VTT, VTT de mon-

tagne, vélos de cross ou de course. Vous trouverez des ins-

tructions séparées pour les composants diérents sur le

CD ou sur les sites Internet des fabricants concernés. Pour

toute question concernant le montage, le réglage, la main-

tenance et l’utilisation, contactez un revendeur spécialisé.

Il y a risque de blessure du cycliste si des composants

de transmission sont mal serrés, usés, endommagés

ou mal réglés. Faites toujours régler le dérailleur

arrière dans un atelier de réparation spécialisé.

lorsque la chaîne saute des plateaux ou des cas-

settes ou

• si vous entendez un bruit inhabituel ou

• si le changement de vitesse ne fonctionne pas

parfaitement ou

• si le mécanisme de changement de vitesse, le

dérailleur avant ou tout autre composant de la

transmission est mal serré, endommagé ou tordu

• si les pièces de la chaîne sont défectueux ou

usés.
