30.2 Zulässige Belastung der
Gepäckträger
Beachten Sie eventuell abweichende Daten auf Ihrem
Gepäckträger oder in der Bedienungsanleitung des
Herstellers.
Maximale Gewichtsbelastung des vorderen Gepäckträgers:
• Ladeäche über dem Lauad: 10kg
• tief liegende Ladeäche: 18kg
Maximale Gewichtsbelastung des hinteren Gepäckträgers:
• 20" Kinderrad und Trailer: 10kg
• 24" Kinderrad: 18kg
• Reise-, City-, Trekkingrad, ATB: 25kg
30.3 Anzugsdrehmomente r
Schraubverbindungen
Benutzen Sie zum Anziehen der Schraubverbindungen
nur geeignetes Werkzeug, beispielsweise einen Dreh-
momentschlüssel. Andernfalls können die Schrauben
abreißen oder brechen.
Bauteile können beschädigt werden, wenn Sie die
Schrauben zu fest anziehen.
Beachten Sie deshalb immer das vorgeschriebene
Anzugsdrehmoment.
Beachten Sie die Mindesteinschraubtiefe. Diese liegt bei
harten Aluminiumlegierungen bei mindestens dem 1,4-Fa-
chen des Schraubendurchmessers (z. B. Nenndurchmesser
M 5 × 1,4 = 7mm).
Sie sollten nach Möglichkeit alle sicherheitsrelevanten
Schraubverbindungen mit einem Drehmomentschlüssel
anziehen. Dieser zeigt das entsprechende Anzugsdrehmo-
ment in Nm (Newtonmeter) an.
Wenn keine Werte auf dem Bauteil angegeben sind,
verwenden Sie die Anzugsdrehmomente aus der
folgenden Tabelle.
Die Momentangabe des Teileherstellers hat Vorrang
(sofern vorhanden).
Carbonteile müssen mit einer speziellen Montage-
paste montiert werden.
Beachten Sie bei Carbon-Teilen auch andere, abwei-
chende Informationen oder Markierungen zu empfoh-
lenen Drehmomenten.
