I. Garantiebepalingen

Bij alle modellen geldt de op het moment van levering geldige wettelijke garantie.

I.I. Garantievoorwaarden

I.I.I. Vereisten:

» Er is sprake van een fabricage- of materiaalfout.

» De oorzaak voor de wijziging van het product is geen natuurlijke of aan de nctie van het onderdeel gerelateerde slijtage of veroude-

ring.

» De schade is niet ontstaan doordat de ets gebruikt is voor een doel waarvoor deze niet bestemd is.

I.I.II. Uitgesloten van garantie

» Schade veroorzaakt door verkeerd gebruik en/of overmacht.

» Alle onderdelen die vanwege hun werking onderhevig zijn aan normale slijtage of veroudering, tenzij het een fabricage- of materiaal-

fout betre.

» Schade die ontstaat door verkeerd of gebrekkig onderhoud en/of ondeskundig uitgevoerde reparaties, veranderingen of vervanging

van onderdelen aan de ets.

» Schade door ongevallen of overige externe invloeden, voor zover deze niet te wijten zijn aan informatie- of productgebreken.

» Reparaties waarbij gebruikte onderdelen zijn gebruikt of schade als gevolg hiervan.

» Schade die ontstaat door het gebruik van het product tijdens wedstrijden.

» Speciale uitvoeringen, accessoires of niet-standaard uitrustingen; met name technische modicaties.
