Please read all the safety instructions and the whole assembly guide before use of the gym
mat((hereinafter referred to as the “mat”), and retain for future reference.
Warning:
This mat is for domestic use and may only be used outdoors.
Max load 120 KGS.
The owner or person supervising is responsible for ensuring that all users are sufficiently
informed about all safety instructions and correct use of the mat!
• Do not use the mat without adult supervision.
• No more than one person should use the mat at a time. The mat is only designed for
one person!
• Two people may never use the mat at the same time! This increases the risk of
injury, including serious injuries such as a broken neck, paralysis, etc.
• Do not perform somersaults! Somersaults increase the risk of landing on your head
or neck which may result in serious injuries or even death.
• Limit the time of continuous usage (make regular stops).
• Jump in the middle of the mat on the line.
• All users should be aware of their own limitations.
• Do not use the mat when you are under the influence of alcohol, medicine or other
drugs. This dramatically increases the risk of injury as coordination, judgement and
reaction time are affected.
• Do not smoke when using the mat.
• Do not use the mat if you suffer from high blood pressure.
• Never jump down onto the mat from a roof or other elevations. This increas the risk
of injury.
• Do not use the mat if it is wet. The mat becomes slippery and this increases the risk
of the jumper falling and injuring him/herself.
• Do not use shoes, boots or other footwear on the mat.
• Make sure that pockets are empty when using the mat. Make sure that clothes and
pockets do not contain sharp objects when using the mat.
• Do not allow pets onto the mat. Sharp claws can da mage the mat.
• Do not use the mat after dark.
Location of the mat:
• There must be a minimum headroom above the Mat of 4 metres, i.e. this area should
be free of objects of any kind.
• The mat must be placed on a flat and level surface.
• The surface must not be concrete, tiles or asphalt.
• No objects must be placed under the mat.
• The mat must be located at a suitable distance (minimum 4 m) from electric cables,
swimming pools, fences, trees and branches, climbing frames and other objects.
• Do not use the mat as a boat
Maintenance:
Clean the mat pad using a damp cloth to remove any algae, dirt, etc. Then wipe with a dry
cloth. Do not use the mat before it is completely dry.
Inflation/Deflation the mat.
The thickness of mat has an effect on how it can be used. The pressure in the mat needs to
be high enough to prevent you from hitting the floor and shoft enough for a confortable
bounce.
The bounciness of the mat depends on the pressure. At low pressure the equipment feels
nice and soft but be careful to not bottom out.
Inflate:
1) Place the product on the ground outside free of any sharp points.
2) Open valve on matt and make sure valve center piece is popped up.
If the center piece is locked down, use your finger to turn it in clockwise direction till it
popped up.
3) Connect the hose tip with the valve by a twist
4) To inflate, use the hose and pump as enclosed with the item.
5) Open the grey valve by twisting it to the left. And attach the pump by twising the
adapter to the right. When fully inflated remove the hose. The equipment should nor
release air.
