Ⅲ Verwijder het watertankje uit de IMPRESSA. Haal het resteren-
de water uit het tankje. Klap de patroonhouder (fig. 6) omhoog.
Plaats het verlengstuk (als bijlage in de Welcome-Pack) boven
op de CLARIS plus filterpatroon. Plaats nu de filterpatroon, ter-
wijl u deze licht aandrukt, in het watertankje (fig. 6)
Ⅲ Sluit de patroonhouder, totdat deze hoorbaar vastklikt.
Ⅲ Vul het watertankje met koud, vers leidingwater en plaats het
weer in de machine.
Ⅲ Zet een bak die groot genoeg is (min. 0,5 liter) onder het
cappuccinomondstuk (4). Het is aan te bevelen het korte uitloop-
pijpje (4b) te plaatsen.
Ⅲ Druk op de onderhoudstoets (C) om te beginnen met de fil-
terspoeling.

U hebt nu het filter geactiveerd. In de programmamodus ver-
schijnt dan de programmastap waterhardheid niet meer.
Het water kan een geringe verkleuring hebben (niet schade-
lijk voor de gezondheid).
De filterspoeling kan worden onderbroken (b.v. om het eron-
der geplaatste bakje te legen). Druk hiervoor op een wille-
keurige toets.
5.2 Filter wisselen
Als er ca. 50 liter water zijn bereid is de werking van het
filter uitgeput. Op het display verschijnt de oproep om het
filter te vervangen. Controleer de gebruiksduur van het
CLARIS plus filter met behulp van de schaal op de patroon-
houder op het waterreservoir.

Ⅲ De onderhoudstoets (C) brandt. Druk op de onderhoudstoets.
