18. Legal information
These operating instructions contain the information necessary for
the correct use, operation and maintenance of the machine.
Understanding of and complying with the directions contained in
these operating instructions are essential for use of the machine
without risk and for safety in operation and maintenance.
The operation instructions cannot cover every imaginable example
of use. The machine has been designed for use in private house-
holds.
We would further like to point out that the contents of these ope-
rating instructions in no way constitute a part or, nor do they alter
any previous or existing contract, assurance or legal relationship.
All obligations on the part of Jura Elektroapparate AG result from
the purchase contract in question, which also contains full details
of the only warranty regulations applying to this machine. These
contractual warranty terms are neither extended nor limited by the
information given in these operating instructions.
The operating instructions contain information protected by copy-
right. Photocopying or translating into another language shall not
be admissible without prior written approval by Jura Elektroap-
parate AG.
