Ⅲ Drehen Sie den Rotary Switch (4) bis im Display die gewünschte
Sprache angezeigt wird.

Ⅲ Bestätigen Sie Ihre Auswahl durch Drücken des Rotary Switch
(4).
Ⅲ SYSTEM FÜLLEN / DAMPFTASTE DRÜCKEN
Ⅲ Stellen Sie ein Gefäss unter die 2-stufige Aufschäumdüse (24)
und drücken Sie eine der Dampf-Bezugstasten .
Ⅲ Das System wird nun automatisch gefüllt. Es erfolgt ein geringer
Wasserauslauf.

Ⅲ PFLEGE DRÜCKEN
Ⅲ Stellen Sie eine Tasse unter den höhenverstellbaren Kaffeeaus-
lauf (18).
Ⅲ Drücken Sie die Pflegetaste .
Ⅲ GERÄT SPÜLT
Ⅲ Nun werden die Wasserleitungen mit frischem Wasser gespült.
Geringer Wasserauslauf beim Kaffeeauslauf (18).
Ⅲ BITTE WÄHLEN
Ⅲ Sie können nun Ihr gewünschtes Produkt durch Drücken der ent-
sprechenden Bezugstaste beziehen.
Erscheint auf dem Display BOHNEN FÜLLEN, lösen Sie
nochmals ein Kaffeeprodukt aus. Die Mühle ist noch nicht
ganz mit Kaffeebohnen gefüllt.
Um eine hervorragende Crema zu erhalten, können Sie den
höhenverstellbaren Kaffeeauslauf (18) individuell Ihren Tas-
sengrössen anpassen (Fig. 4).
3.1 Tassenbeleuchtung
Weil das Auge mitgeniesst, rückt die Tassenbeleuchtung den per-
fekten Kaffee jederzeit ins richtige Licht.
Beim Einschalten der IMPRESSA oder beim Drücken einer belie-
bigen Taste, wird die Tassenbeleuchtung während 1 Minute akti-
viert.
4. Einstellung Wasserhärte
In der IMPRESSA wird Wasser erhitzt. Das führt zu einer
gebrauchsbedingten Verkalkung, die automatisch angezeigt
wird. Die IMPRESSA muss auf die Härte des verwendeten
Wassers eingestellt werden. Verwenden Sie das beigelegte
Teststäbchen oder fragen Sie bei Ihrem Wasserwerk nach.
1° deutscher Härte entspricht 1.79° französischer Härte.
Sobald der Filter aktiviert ist, erscheint der Programmschritt
Wasserhärte nicht mehr.
Die IMPRESSA ist vom Werk aus auf 16°dH eingestellt. Diese
Einstellung können Sie verändern. Gehen Sie dabei wie folgt vor:

Ⅲ Öffnen Sie die Programmiertüre (3). Drücken Sie den Rotary
Switch (4) solange bis ein akustisches Signal ertönt.
Ⅲ FILTER NEIN
Ⅲ Drehen Sie den Rotary Switch (4) bis im Display folgende Mel-
dung erscheint:
Ⅲ HÄRTE
16°dH
… 8 …
