How do you play Dominoes?
Shuffle the Domino cards and place them face down on the table. Each player
takes five Domino cards. Place the remaining cards in a stack. Make sure the
table is big enough to lay out all the cards during the game.
The youngest player with a Domino card with exactly the same pictures on
each end (a double) starts the game by placing their card in the centre of the
table. The turn then goes to the player on their left. Look at your Domino cards
– do you have one with exactly the same picture on one end as the one on the
table? If you have, you can put it down next to the one already laid, so that the
matching pictures are next to each other. It is now the next player’s turn.
If you don’t have a matching card, you must take a card from the stack and add
it to your other cards. That is the end of your turn. The next player must now
try to match one of their cards onto either of the ‘snake ends’, or pick up a card
from the stack if they have no matching Domino card
Please remember: You may only place one of your cards, at either end of the
‘snake’, during your turn.
Who wins?
The first player to have no more cards is the winner!

Spielablauf von Domino
Eine beliebige Dominokarte mit zwei identischen Abbildungen (eine
Doppelkarte) wird offen in die Mitte des Tisches gelegt. Alle anderen
Dominokarten werden gemischt und mit den Abbildungen nach unten auf den
Tisch gelegt. Jeder Spieler bekommt 5 Dominokarten. Die restlichen Karten
werden auf einen Stapel gelegt. Auf dem Tisch muss genug Platz sein, um
beim Spielen alle Karten abzulegen.
Der jüngste Spieler beginnt und sieht nach, ob unter seinen Dominokarten
eine Karte ist, die genau die gleiche Abbildung hat wie die Karte, die schon auf
dem Tisch liegt. Diese passende Abbildung kann er an die ausliegende Karte
anlegen.
Hat ein Spieler keine passende Karte, muss er eine vom Stapel nehmen.
Anschließend ist der nächste Spieler im Uhrzeigersinn an der Reihe. Dieser
versucht ebenfalls, eine seiner Karten an die „Dominoschlange“ anzulegen.
Achtung! Ein Spieler darf in jeder Runde nur eine einzige Karte an einem Ende
der Dominoschlange anlegen.
Gewinner des Spiels
Der Spieler, der als Erster alle seine Karten abgelegt hat, gewinnt!
