Quitarse siempre los zapatos y los calcetines antes de subir a la balanza para medir el
porcentaje de grasa y de agua.
Asegurarse de que la balanza y los pies estén siempre limpios para que la medición sea
correcta.
Para que la medición sea correcta se sugiere que esta se efectúe siempre a las mismas horas
del día (por ejemplo: 19:00 – 21:00)
LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
Limpiar la plataforma de la báscula utilizando un paño suave. Se puede utilizar también un
paño ligeramente humedecido con agua. No utilizar sustancias químicas o abrasivas. Después
de haber limpiado la plataforma antes de efectuar una medición, asegurarse de que esté bien
seca. La supercie si está mojado o húmeda puede resbalar. Colocar siempre la báscula en
una supercie estable y plana. Evitar alfombras y otros.
