Funzione controllo del peso
La seguente bilancia si accende a pressione. Salire con entrambi i piedi sulla bilancia per la
rilevazione del peso.
Selezionare l’unità di misura tramite l’apposito tasto vicino al comparto batterie. Scegliere tra
kg/lb/st.
Salire sulla bilancia e stabilizzare il peso distribuendolo in modo uniforme con i due piedi.
Attendere no a che il numero sul display non si sia stabilizzato e lampeggi. La bilancia si
spegne automaticamente dopo pochi secondi di non utilizzo.
Funzioni bodyfat e bodywater
Premere il tasto SET per iniziare la procedura di inserimento dei propri dati personali
Quando sul display compare “P1” scegliere una delle memorie tra 0 e 9 utilizzando i trasti
freccia. Il numero relativo alla memoria inizia a lampeggiare e premere di nuovo il tasto SET
per confermare il numero della memoria che si vuole utilizzare (la bilancia può memorizzare
dati per 10 persone).
Con i testi freccia selezionare maschio o femmina. Il simbolo relativo al sesso inizia a
lampeggiare. Quindi premere SET per confermare.
Con i tasti freccia impostare l’età (10-80). La scritta e il relativo numero iniziano a lampeggiare.
Premere quindi il tastom SET per confermare
Con i tasti freccia impostare l’altezza (100-240cm). Il numero inizia a lampeggiare e quindi
premere SET per confermare.
Al termine di queste operazioni il display visualizza i dati relativi all’altezza, all’età e 0,0kg.
Controllare i risultati della misurazione
Salire sulla bilancia (senza scarpe) posizionando i piedi sopra gli elettrodi. Tenere una
posizionare eretta e bilanciata. La bilancia misurerà le percentuali di grasso ed acqua nel
corpo, che compariranno a display in pochi secondi.
