4.0 Assistenza

4.1 Sostituzione di parafiamma e
deflettore di aspirazione (fig. 11 e 12)
• I parafiamma poggiano sui sostegni laterali (fig. 11 A), mentre
il bordo posteriore poggia sulla piastra refrattaria (fig. 11 B).
Sollevare il bordo anteriore del parafiamma, spostandolo
verso destra, abbassare il bordo sinistro ed estrarlo.
• Il deflettore di aspirazione in ghisa, collocato sopra il
parafiamma, è fissato da due viti nella parte anteriore (fig.
12A), mentre la parte posteriore poggia nella scanalatura dello
scarico dei fumi (fig. 12B). Sollevare leggermente il deflettore
di aspirazione, tirarlo in avanti ed estrarlo inclinandolo.
• Per effettuare l’installazione, ripetere la procedura in ordine
inverso.
4.2 Sostituzione di piastre refrattarie e
piastra di base (fig. 13)
• Estrarre i parafiamma come descritto nella sezione
precedente.
• Rimuovere le piastre refrattarie laterali (A) sollevandole
leggermente e tirandole in avanti per circa metà lunghezza,
quindi estrarle sollevandole. Nota importante! Utilizzare con
cautela e attenzione eventuali utensili, per non danneggiare
le piastre in vermiculite.
• Svitare la vite sul retro della piastra refrattaria (B) e rimuovere
la piastra.
• Quindi sollevare la griglia (C) e la piastra di base (D) ed
estrarla.
• Per effettuare l’installazione, ripetere la procedura in ordine
inverso.
• Quando si ricollocano la griglia e la piastra di base, verificare
che le linguette che consentono il movimento grata siano
inserite nelle fessure presenti sul lato destro della piastra di
base e nella scanalatura della griglia (vedere fig. 14).
