Concedemos ao consumidor final deste aparelho da JBL uma garantia ampliada de 4 anos
a partir da data de compra.
A presente garantia cobre danos relacionados com o material e a montagem. A garan-
tia não é extensiva a peças sujeitas ao desgaste, tais como anéis de vedação, o impulsor
da bomba ou o veio, e também não cobre quaisquer danos causados por influências
externas ou pela utilização imprópria. A prestação de garantia efectuar-se-á conforme
nossa escolha através da substituição ou do conserto das peças defeituosas.
Outros direitos à prestação de garantia não existem, sobretudo não assumimos qual-
quer responsabilidade, na medida em que isto for legalmente admissível, por danos
consecutivos causados pelo presente aparelho. No caso da utilização da garantia, pe-
dimos o favor de dirigir-se ao seu vendedor zootécnico especializado ou de enviar-nos o
aparelho com porte e despesas de embalagem pagos, juntamente com o correspondente
comprovante de compra válido. *
