lunghezza del tubo flessibile e delle masse filtranti. Un’ulteriore riduzione si verifica se i tubi
flessibili e le masse filtranti sono intasate.
Con un tubo flessibile di 1,50 m e funzionamento con le masse filtranti in dotazione si ha
all’incirca la seguente prestazione (stato nuovo o dopo pulizia):
CP e401: 200 – 250 l/h
CP e701: 350 – 400 l/h
CP e901: 380 – 450 l/h
CP e1501: 800 – 900 l/h
CP e1901: 1100 – 1200 l/h
Se questi valori diminuiscono del 50 % ca., si devono pulire i tubi flessibili e le masse filtranti.
Manutenzione e cura
Tutti i filtri esterni JBL CristalProfi greenline sono muniti di uno standard di masse filtranti che
assicurano un’acqua pulita e sana per un buon funzionamento dell’acquario. Queste masse
filtranti offrono buone possibilità di insediamento ai batteri depuratori essenzialmente
necessari. Le masse filtranti vengono inizialmente sottoposte a pulizia meccanica e
permettono così ai batteri un lungo soggiorno indisturbato.
Naturalmente si può adattare la dotazione di masse filtranti in base ai singoli fabbisogni
servendosi della vasta gamma proposta dalla JBL. A seconda della massa filtrante potrà
esserci un’influenza sull’efficienza della pompa del filtro e sulla durata delle masse filtranti.
Attenzione: la manutenzione e pulizia periodica del filtro sono assolutamente necessarie per
evitare una riduzione di efficienza della pompa.

Pulizia e sostituzione del materiale filtrante
Prima di ogni lavoro al filtro staccare assolutamente la spina della corrente!
Girare fino all’arresto le due piccole leve di chiusura sulla testa pompante nella posizione (●)
opposta alla tacca „OPEN“. Tirare completamente verso l’alto la leva centrale che si trova
sul blocco dei raccordi per tubi e premerla fino all’arresto. Il blocco raccordi tubi si solleva
leggermente dalla sua sede. Estrarlo verso l’alto. Ora le valvole sferiche nel blocco sono chiuse
e trattengono l’acqua nei tubi flessibili. Questo esclude un’inavvertita apertura, ad esempio
da parte di bambini, con conseguente fuoriuscita dell’acqua.
Aprire le 4 clip di chiusura sul contenitore del filtro e staccare la testa pompante.
Togliere i cestelli per filtri con le masse filtranti e sciacquare le masse filtranti in acqua tiepida
(25 °C). Mai pulire TUTTE le masse filtranti in una volta, altrimenti si perdono troppi batteri
depuratori utili. I filtri JBL CristalProfi della ‘serie e’ sono costruiti in modo tale che di regola
va pulita solamente la massa prefiltrante (F1); le restanti masse filtranti vanno pulite solo a
lunghi intervalli.
Suggerimento: non dimenticare di pulire regolarmente tutti i tubi, anche quelli flessibili, con
