BEDIENINGSORGANEN EN FUNCTIES
Met de bedieningsorganen kan de
BassPro gemakkelijk worden aangepast
aan de specifieke akoestische eigen-
schappen van vrijwel elke auto. Deze
instellingen bevinden zich op het
versterkerpaneel, zie afbeelding 10.
In bedrijf LED
Volume
Wisselfilter
Sturing Bass Niveau
Automatische Inschakeling
POWER LED: licht rood op
wanneer BassPro in bedrijf is.
VOLUME: voor het instellen van het
relatieve niveau (loudness) van BassPro
ten opzichtige van de andere luid-
sprekers.
CROSSOVER: hiermee wordt
bepaald tot welke frequentie de
BassPro subwoofer werkt en vanaf
welk punt de overige luidsprekers het
overnemen.
3. Zet de radio aan en draai een stuk
muziek waarin goed laag voorkomt.
4. Draai de CROSSOVER langzaam naar
links tot u alleen laag hoort.
Voorbeeld: u dient op uw normale
luisterpositie geen stemmen uit
BassPro te horen.
5. Corrigeer BASS CONTROL naar
rechts of naar links naar smaak en om
vervorming te voorkomen.
6. Heeft u de stuurkabel niet gebruikt,
draai GAIN dan naar het maximum
niveau waarop het geluid van
BassPro nog onvervormd is en met de
regelaar van de radio op ongeveer
driekwart.
Opmerking: in de meeste gevallen
geven bovenstaande stappen een
goed resultaat, maar het kan nodig
zijn de instellingen een paar maal te
herhalen, daar ze elkaar onderling
beïnvloeden. Roep eventueel de hulp
van uw geautoriseerde JBL dealer in
bij het instellen van het systeem.
AUTO TURN ON: bij gebruik van
luidsprekerniveau aansluitingen
schakelt u hiermee de automatische
inschakeling van de BassPro in of uit.
In de meeste gevallen is AUTO de juiste
positie. Wanneer u liever de stuurkabel
(REM) gebruikt zet u de schakelaar op
OFF (uit).
VOLUMEREGELAAR: gebruik
deze RJ 11 aansluiting voor de
bijgeleverde volumeregelaar.
INSTELLEN:
1. Controleer of de radio uit staat en
VOLUME op minimum staat.
2. Zet de CROSSOVER instelling op het
versterkerpaneel van de BassPro op
maximum (120 Hz) als aangegeven in
afbeelding 10.
Opmerking: bij gebruik van de
REMOTE BASS CONTROL (stuurkabel)
zet u GAIN op maximum en BASS
CONTROL in het midden.
