ATTENTION

• Carefully read these instructions before using the appliance for the first

time and keep it for future enquires.

• This appliance can be used by children at the age of 8 or more and people

with physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and

knowledge if they have been given an appropriate supervision or instruction

concerning the safety use of the appliances and understand the dangers

involved.

• Pode, igualmente, engomar na vertical cortinas e outras peças de roupa sem necessidade de as

retirar. Aproxime o ferro de engomar na posição vertical à peça de roupa e pressione o botão de

saída de vapor (1).

NOTA: Enquanto engoma usando o vapor frontal, podem produzir-se algumas gotas na sua saída

devido à condensação do vapor.

Engomar a seco

• Ligue o aparelho à rede, Ligue o aparelho à rede, carregue no interruptor para acender (7) e

coloque o selector de temperatura do ferro de engomar (5) na posição desejada:

FIBRAS SINTÉTICAS / FIBRAS SINTÉTICAS:Temperatura suave (•)

SEDA – LANA / SEDA-LÃ:Temperatura média (••)

ALGODÓN – LINO / ALGODÃO-LINHO: Temperatura alta (•••)

• Quando se apaga o indicador luminoso (4) o ferro de engomar atingiu a temperatura seleccionada.

• Não pressione o botão de vapor.

Nota: Se, ao engomar a seco, o depósito não tiver água e o botão da câmara de vaporização estiver

ativado o indicador de falta de água manter-se-á intermitente.

LIMPEZA E MANUTENÇÃO

• Antes de o limpar certifique-se que o aparelho está desligado da rede.

• Não esvazie a água que tenha podido ficar no depósito, salvo se não for usar o aparelho durante

um período prolongado de tempo.

• Na sua limpeza não utilize produtos químicos ou abrasivos, esfregões metálicos, etc. que possam

deteriorar a superfície.

• Utilize um pano levemente humedecido.

• Nunca deite produtos descalcificadores, detergentes ou vinagre na caldeira.

• A base pode ser limpa com um pano molhado em vinagre. Esta operação é realizada mais facilmente

com a base morna.

• Após a utilização do aparelho espere que o ferro de engomar arrefeça antes de o guardar.

PROTECÇÃO DO MEIO AMBIENTE

• Na sua qualidade de consumidor, quando desejar desfazer-se do aparelho deposite-o,

para o seu posterior tratamento, num centro de recolha de resíduos ou contentor

destinado para tal fim.

• Nunca o deite para o lixo. Assim, estará a contribuir para o cuidado e o melhoramento

do meio ambiente.
