E.3. Ricevere una chiamata
1. Una chiamata può solamente esser ricevuta sul portatile. Quando si riceve una
chiamata sul portatile continua a suonare finché sarà risposta se la suoneria non è su
“Spento” nel menu suoneria.
2. Se existe la funzione “Riconoscimento del numero” (Caller ID), il numero sarà
visualizzato quando suona il telefono. Se il numero è già stato memorizzato con un
nome nell’elenco, anche il nome sarà visualizzato sullo schermo.
3. Premere il tasto
per rispondere alla chiamata o sollevare il portatile dalla
stazione base.
4. Per terminare la chiamata, premere
sul portatile.
E.4. Fare e rispondere a chiamate interne (Intercom)
Communicazione interna, trasferimento di chiamate e la conferenza a 3 fra i portatili
sono possibili fra i portatili e la stazione base dando numeri individuali agli apparecchi.
La stazione base sempre riceverà il numero d’apparecchio 1, i portatili numeri fra 1 e 6.
Il pacchetto iniziale contiene sempre una stazione base e il primo portatile.
E.5. Chiamata interna di un portatile a un altro
1. Premere sul portatile il tasto
e scegliere “Internal Call”. Il simbolo sarà
visualizzato e si sente il suono di numerotazione.
2. Usare
o e scegliere il nome, il numero o il portatile. Premere su
o . Il portatile suona.
3. Se il portatile chiamato risponde, premere
o rimettere il portatile sulla
stazione base.
4. Per rispondere a un segnale Intercom, premere
E.6. Chiamata collettiva (Paging) a tutti i portatili della stazione base
Con una chiamata collettiva si possono chiamare solo i portatili registrati alla stazione
base. Questo vale anche per il caso di trasferimento da un portatile all’altro.
E.7. Trasferimento di chiamate e teleconferenza
Chiamate esterne possono essere trasferite da un portatile all’altro.
1. Premere il tasto
e scegliere “Internal Call”. La chiamata viene messa in attesa.
2. Premere il tasto
o , scegliere il nome o numero del portatile che vuole
chiamare per il trasferimento e premere o . Il portatile suona adesso. Se
la chiamata non è trasferita dentro di 60 secondi rimane all’origine.
3. Se il portatile chiamato risponde, premere per trasferire la chiamata. Se il
portatile chiamato non risponde, premere per tornare alla situazione iniziale.
Teleconferenza
Una conferenza con tre portatili può essere creata. Questo non dipende da se si tratta
di chiamate interne o esterne.
1. Premere il tasto e scegliere “Internal Call”. La chiamata esterna viene messa
in attesa.
2. Premere il tasto
o e scegliere il nome, il numero o il portatile che
vuole chiamare per una teleconferenza e premere o . Il portatile suona
adesso.
3. Se il portatile risponde, premere
e sfogliare fino all’entrata “Flash” e premere
per cominciare la teleconferenza.
4. Ogni portatile può uscire dalla teleconferenza in cualquier momento premendo
E.8. Trasferimento della chiamata a un punto ausiliario in una installazione
telefonica PABX
Se il telefono è attivato come punto ausiliario in una installazione PABX, chiamate
interne o esterne possono esser trasferite procedendo così:
Premere il tasto
e dopo premere e sullo schermo appare adesso una “R”
per il trasferimento della chiamata. Dopo, inserire il numero del punto ausiliario della
vostra installazione telefonica. Se il punto ausiliario risponde, la chiamata può essere
trasferita premendo .
F. ELENCO
Un elenco personale contenendo fino a 100 entrate telefoniche può esser creato. Se si
usa più di un portatile, l’elenco può esser trasferito agli altri portatili.
F.1. Nuova entrata
Phone book Nuova voce <Inserire il nome>
1. Usare i tasti alfanumerici (2-9) per creare un’entrata nell’elenco personale. Premere
per confermare o premere per cancellare un errore. Se la seconda
lettera si trova sul mismo tasto come quella precedente, premere per
IT
