• porre un contenitore sotto la lancia acqua/vapore (9)

• ruotare in senso antiorario la manopola del rubinetto acqua/vapore (8)

• premere l’interruttore caffè (3). Uscirà acqua dal terminale della lancia

acqua/vapore (9)

• premere nuovamente l’interruttore caffè (3)

• ruotare la manopola acqua/vapore (8) in senso orario per chiudere il rubinetto

• attendere circa 3-4 minuti affinché la macchina vada in pressione e la spia caffè

(4) si spenga

A questo punto la macchina da caffè VIPER/NAPOLISSIMA/CAPPUCCINA è pronta

per l’uso

4.2 Ero

gazione del caffè

! Accertarsi che il serbatoio sia sempre pieno d’acqua

• accertarsi che la macchina sia in pressione (vedi paragrafo 4.1)

• riempire il portafiltro, con filtro ad una tazza se si desidera un solo caffè o con fil

tro a due tazze se si desiderano due caffè contemporaneamente, e pressare leg

germente il caffè con l’apposito pressino

• inserire il portafiltro nel gruppo erogatore caffè (7) ruotando da sinistra a destra

sino al bloccaggio dello stesso

• posizionare una o due tazze sulla griglia appoggia-tazze (10) in corrispondenza

del portafiltro

• premere l’interruttore caffè (3). Uscirà il caffè dalla parte inferiore del portafiltro

• premere nuovamente l’interruttore caffè (3) al raggiungimento della quantità di

caffè desiderata

• se si desidera fare altri caffè togliere il portafiltro ruotando da destra a sinistra

e vuotare i fondi di caffè. Ripetere poi le operazioni sopra-elencate

4.3 Erogazione dell’acqua calda

Accertarsi che il serbatoio sia sempre pieno d’acqua

Non porre le mani ad altre parti del corpo nella direzione della lancia acqua/vapo-

re (9). L’acqua e il vapore possono provocare ustioni

• accertarsi che la macchina sia in pre sione (vedi paragrafo 4.1)

• posizionare un contenitore sotto la lancia acqua/vapore (9)

• ruotare in senso antiorario la manopola del rubinetto acqua/vapore (8)

• premere l’interruttore caffè (3). Uscirà acqua a 95°C circa dalla parte inferiore

della lancia acqua/vapore (9)

• ruotare in senso orario la manopola del rubinetto acqua/vapore (8)

• premere nuovamente l’interruttore caffè (3) al raggiungimento della quantità di

acqua desiderata

4.4 Erogazione del vapore

Accertarsi che il serbatoio sia sempre pieno d’acqua

Non porre le mani ad altre parti del corpo nella direzione della lancia acqua/vapo-

re (9). L’acqua e il vapore possono provocare ustioni

• accertarsi che la macchina sia in pressione (vedi paragrafo 4.1)

• posizionare un contenitore sotto la lancia acqua/vapore (9)

• premere l’interruttore vapore (5). La spia vapore (6) e la spia caffè (4) si accen

deranno contemporaneamente
