Pulsmesser – folgen Sie den hier beschriebenen Instruktionen, um Ihren Puls
zu messen. Beachten Sie dazu auch die Hinweise auf den Seiten 4 und 18.
S5 – Drücken Sie mit Ihrem
Daumen und Zeigefinger auf
die beiden Tasten (wie unten
dargestellt), bis ein Pulswert
angezeigt wird.
Hier sehen Sie die korrekte Art,
den Puls zu messen. Es spielt
dabei keine Rolle, ob die
Messung am linken oder
rechten Handgelenk
durchgeführt wird.
S3 – Im Pulsanzeige-Modus können Sie mit dieser Taste
die bisher gemachten Messungen ablesen (Speicherplätze
1–20; ist der Speicher voll, wird die älteste Messung durch
die neue Messung aus dem Speicher verdrängt.)

Zeit der Messung
Während der Messung blinkt das Herzsymbol auf der
Anzeige. Sobald ein Wert angezeigt wird, lassen Sie die
Tasten S5 los. Die Uhr zeigt dann wieder den Ausgangs-
modus an. War dies der Puls-Mode, erscheint dann alternie-
rend der gemessene Pulswert sowie die Messzeit und das
dazugehörige Datum.
