Het IRISPen-pictogram
Het IRISPen-pictogram verschijnt in het systeemvak van de
Windows-taakbalk. Het bevestigt dat de toepassing actief is en dat
de penscanner is aangesloten. Als de pen is losgekoppeld van de
USB-poort, zal het meldingsbericht dit aangeven.
U kunt de toepassing herstellen door op het pictogram te klikken.
Door rechts te klikken op het pictogram kunt u ook het venster
Controle beeldkwaliteit, het venster Status en het venster
Scantest openen.
DE PENSCANNER KALIBREREN
Voordat u begint met het gebruik van de IRISPen, moet u de
penscanner kalibreren. Als u de scanner niet kalibreert, zal de
beeldkwaliteit laag zijn en kunnen de herkenningsresultaten
middelmatig zijn.
Wanneer u de software voor de eerste keer start, wordt u
automatisch gevraagd de penscanner te kalibreren. Hiervoor hoeft u
de pen alleen gedurende enkele seconden op een wit stuk papier
te drukken. De software geeft aan wanneer de kalibratie is
voltooid.
