U kunt kiezen op welke manier de gegevens moeten worden
overgedragen naar de actieve toepassing: door directe overdracht of
via het klembord. Zie: Basisinstellingen, Doel.
3. Neem het originele document en scan de gegevens die moeten
worden opgehaald
Ga terug naar het document, tijdschrift, enz. dat de gegevens bevat
die moeten worden overgedragen en scan de gegevens met de
penscanner: schuif uw pen over de tekstregels, beelden, enz. Volg
nauwkeurig de richtlijnen die zijn beschreven onder: Kennismaken
met de IRISPen, Hoe werkt het?. Na elke scan verschijnen de
gegevens onmiddellijk in de doeltoepassing.
Belangrijke tip:
De scankwaliteit controleren
Controleer de kwaliteit van uw eerste scans voordat u werkelijk start met de
definitieve scan. Gebruik de vensters Controle beeldkwaliteit en Scantest
(zie: Opstarten, Gebruikersinterface) om de kwaliteit van de beelden en de
herkenningsresultaten te beoordelen.
