I have exactly the same question re the dial on the side of the fire box as the previous post. The vent behind the door is the damper and adjusts the airflow into the fire box. What’s the dial do?? It has quite an elaborate mechanism behind it, with 4 obvious settings

There is a dial on the side of the invicta tennessee wood burner. What is it’s function? Also a vent above the fire box which can only be seen when door is open The manual only says what to burn not how to use stove to it’s optimum. Is there another manual that actually is helpful????
