Garniture aux pommes en morceaux (pour 4 gaufres)
2 tasses pommes, épelées et coupées
2 cuillères à café jus de citron
4 cuillères à soupe beurre
125 ml eau
Ajoutez du cannelle et du sucre selon votre propre goût.
Mélangez le jus de citron et les pommes. Préchauffez
une sauteuse à température moyenne. Ajoutez le
beurre. Quand le beurre mousse, ajoutez les pommes
et la cannelle. Laissez cuire pendant 3 ou 4 minutes.
Remuez pendant la cuisson. Dissoudrez le sucre dans
l’eau et l’ajoutez au mélange de pommes. Laissez cuire
le tout encore 3 ou 4 minutes jusqu’au les pommes sont
mollettes et le liquide est sirupeux. Remuez de temps en
temps. Versez sur les gaufres et servez.
D’ autres toppings : crème fraîche, un mélange de fruit,
du chocolat ou une combinaison de ceci.
