Important to know
1. The replacement or repair of a faulty product, or a part thereof,
does not lead to an extension of the original warranty period.
2. If a complaint is unfounded, all costs arising from it will be at the
customer’s expense.
3. Following expiry of the warranty period, all costs of repair or
replacement, including administration costs, dispatch and call-
out charges, will be charged to the customer.
4. Inventum cannot be held liable for damage caused by external
events, unless this liability arises from mandatory statutory
provisions.
5. These warranty and service provisions are governed by Dutch
law. Disputes will be settled exclusively by the competent Dutch
court.
