Cambodjaanse salade dressing
Benodigdheden
1 teentje knoflook, fijngehakt
2 eetlepels citroensap
1 eetlepel water
1 eetlepel bruine basterdsuiker
1½ eetlepel vissaus
1 verse peper, fijngehakt
Doe alle ingrediënten in de mengkom, leg het deksel op de kom
en plaast het geheel in de behuizing.
Druk de behuizing naar beneden en de garde zal beginnen met
mixen.
Mix de ingrediënten gedurende 15 seconden.
Thousand Island dressing
Benodigdheden
1½ basis hoeveelheid eigen gemaakte mayonaise (zie recept 1)
1¼ theelepel tobasco
2 eetlepels fijngehakte rode peper
10 gehakte groene olijven
2 hardgekookte eieren, fijngehakt
1 sjalot, fijngehakt
3 eetlepels olijfolie
zout en peper naar eigen smaak
1 eetlepel wijnazijn
Doe de eigengemaakte mayonaise in een kom.
Voeg alle andere ingrediënten toe en meng dit met een lepel.
Zet het voor gebruik 1 uur in de koelkast.
Vinaigrette
Benodigdheden
5 eetlepels olijfolie
1 eetlepel witte wijnazijn
snufje zout
½ eetlepel Franse mosterd
gemalen zwarte peper
snufje suiker
Doe alle ingrediënten in de mengkom, leg het deksel op de kom
en plaast het geheel in de behuizing.
Druk de behuizing naar beneden en de garde zal beginnen met
mixen.
Mix de ingrediënten gedurende 10 - 15 seconden.
Fruit room
Benodigdheden
200 ml slagroom
1 eetlepel vruchtensiroop (naar eigen smaak)
Doe alle ingrediënten in de mengkom, leg het deksel op de kom
en plaast het geheel in de behuizing.
Druk de behuizing naar beneden en de garde zal beginnen met
mixen.
Mix de ingrediënten gedurende 30 seconden.
