De airconditioner heeft naast het koelen nog twee andere functies, namelijk luchtcirculatie en lucht ontvochtigen.
De airconditioner kan bedient worden via het bedieningspaneel op het apparaat en met de bijgeleverde afstandsbediening.
• Kies een locatie waar een stopcontact in de buurt is.
• Installeer de afvoerslang volgens de afbeeldingen en zorg dat het raam zover als mogelijk gesloten is.
• Steek de stekker in een geaard stopcontact.
• Druk op de aan/uit toets om de airconditioner aan te zetten. De klep van de luchtuitlaat openen automatisch.
• Het temperatuurbereik van de airconditioner is: 16 tot 30°C.
• Controleer of de afvoerslang correct is gemonteerd.
• Deel het stopcontact niet met andere apparaten.
KOELEN
• Druk op de functie toets [ mode / ] totdat het indicatie lampje - koelen - brandt. In het display verschijnt de ingestelde temperatuur.
• Druk op de toetsen [ omhoog en omlaag ] om de gewenste kamertemperatuur in te stellen (tussen de 16°C en 30°C).
• Druk op de toets [ fan / ] om de windsnelheid in te stellen. Er zijn vier ventilatiestanden: automatisch, laag, middel en hoog.
De beste temperatuur gedurende de zomer zal tussen de 21 en 24°C zijn. De snelheid van de ventilator zal op de luchtciruclatie stand beter voelbaar zijn dan op de koelen stand.
ONTVOCHTIGEN
• Druk op de functie toets [ mode / ] totdat het indicatie lampje - ontvochtigen - brandt.
• De windsnelheid staat op automatisch en kan niet veranderd worden.
• Houd ramen en deuren gesloten voor het beste resultaat.De luchtafvoerslang hoeft voor deze functie niet naar buiten af te voeren.
Tijdens het gebruik van deze stand moet er een afvoerslang (niet meegeleverd) worden aangesloten om het
condensvocht af te voeren, zoals bijvoorbeeld een tuinslang.
• Draai de schroefdop aan de achterzijde van het apparaat los.
• Monteer het uiteinde van een tuinslang of soortgelijke afvoerslang op de afvoer en leg het andere uiteinde
in een verzamelbak die lager gesitueerd is dan de afvoer van het apparaat zodat het condenswater goed
afgevoerd kan worden. Advies: slangaansluiting is 5/8" en de slang is 3/4".
Let op:
• Er kan condensvocht uit de afvoer lopen als de schroefdop verwijderd wordt en het apparaat is
gebruikt op de stand koelen. Houdt een lekbakje bij de hand als de schroefdop verwijderd wordt om het
condensvocht op te vangen.
• Zorg ervoor dat de afvoerslang voor het condensvocht goed afloopt en niet hoger hangt dan de afvoer
van het apparaat.
• Bij het gebruik van de stand koelen wordt geadviseerd om het condenswater niet continue af te voeren,
maar om de schroefdop weer te sluiten. Zo kan het apparaat maximaal presteren.
LUCHTCIRCULATIE
Bij het gebruik van deze stand hoeft de luchtafvoerslang niet aangesloten te zijn.
• Druk op de functie toets [ mode / ] totdat het indicatie lampje - luchtcirculatie - brandt.
• Druk op de toets [ fan / ] om de windsnelheid - laag, middel of hoog - in te stellen. Het bijbehorende indicatielampje zal branden.
AUTOMATISCHE STAND
Bij het gebruik van de automatische stand [ auto ] selecteert het apparaat zelf of deze moet koelen of de lucht moet circuleren. Dit is afhankelijk van de ingestelde temperatuur en de
kamertemperatuur.
• Druk op de functie toets [ mode / ] totdat het indicatie lampje - auto - brandt.
• Druk op de toetsen [ en ] om de gewenste temperatuur in te stellen (tussen de 16°C en 30°C). Bijvoorbeeld 23°C. Als de kamertemperatuur onder de 23°C is, zal het apparaat de
lucht laten circuleren en boven de 23°C zal het apparaat koelen.
• De windsnelheid kan in deze stand niet ingesteld worden.
SWING FUNCTIE
Met de swing functie kunt u het op en neer bewegen van de lamellen bepalen en daarmee de luchtstroom.
• Zet het apparaat aan op de gewenste stand (koelen, luchtcirculatie of ontvochtigen).
• Druk op de swing toets en de lamellen stoppen met bewegen in verschillende posities of de lamellen bewegen continue.
• Verander de stand van de lamellen niet handmatig.
