I have ECO 6110 and keep getting error 91. Have too much sal : 7846

I have ECO 6110 and keep getting error 91. Have too much salt 6.5 mpp but shows as low salt (that's how too much salt was put in)do I need a new eco electrode or titanium electrode. Or both or a new system? It is about 4years old
