Limitaciones de las condiciones de garantía
La garantía cubre únicamente el reemplazo de este producto de
Intenso. La garantía no cubre el desgaste normal resultante del uso
indebido o inapropiado, negligencia, accidente o incompatibilidad.
La garantía no es válida en caso de no seguir las indicaciones del
manual de instrucciones de Intenso o de uso inadecuado o de daños
causados por otros dispositivos.
No nos responsabilizamos de daños o pérdida de datos (en el
dispositivo que va a ser cargado) como consecuencia de fallos de
funcionamiento, manejo incorrecto, reparaciones o cambio de la
batería ocasionados por el propio usuario.
Si el producto recibe un golpe, una descarga electrostática o trabaja
en condiciones de calor o humedad más allá de las establecidadas en
las especificaciones técnicas, no se podrán hacer valer los derechos de
a garantía.
Intenso no se hace responsable de los daños colaterales o derivados,
que puedan resultar del incumplimiento de la garantía o por cualquier
otro daño, con independencia de la causa subyacente.
