FIRST USE
When using the pizza oven for the first time, read the instructions contained in
this manual. Before cooking, turn on the oven, set position 5 with the function
knob (350 ° C) and let the oven heat for 10 minutes with the lid closed: in this
way all the residues of the lubricants of the heating elements are eliminated, also
helping to the correct maintenance of the refractory stone.
Never use cooking oil or water directly on the cooking stone when cooking,
dressing pizza or cleaning. When cooking with stone, place the raw pizza directly
on the surface of the stone. Do not worry if there are small scratches or if the
surface of the stone has taken on a darker color: it is the correct functioning of
the stone.
Do not use knives or pizza cutters directly on the stone as this could damage the
fine grain of the stone surface.
This product is designed to prepare delicious pizzas made with fresh, pre-cooked
and/or frozen dough. When using a frozen pizza base, allow it to defrost before
baking. In this way you will get a crispy cooked pizza. When cooking a pizza made
with fresh dough, lightly flour the stone before placing the dough directly on
the stone. If the dough is sticky, add more flour to the dough to prevent it from
sticking to the stone.
Be very careful when opening the oven as the accumulated steam could escape
quickly.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure that the control knob is set to off and check that there is nothing inside
the oven, only the cooking stone.
Connect the power cord to the mains. To turn on the pizza oven, set the cooking
temperature control knob to maximum temperature 5. The heat light will turn
on, indicating that the oven is preheating. It is important to preheat the oven for
10 minutes before use for best cooking results.
Insert the pizza dough (with fresh, pre-cooked and/or frozen) directly into the
pizza oven. Never put too much topping on the pizza. The topping and the pizza
must never touch the top heating element, to prevent it from burning.
Attention, the pizza stone and the handles will be extremely hot. Never touch
them until they have cooled down.
Close the oven lid and set the knob to position 5 and leave the pizza to cook
for 5 minutes, or until the desired level of cooking. It is important to remember
