He perdido la contraseña de área parental, ¿qué puedo hacer?
Cuando la tableta te pida la contraseña del área parental pulsa el botón “he olvidado la contraseña” y se te pedirá que introduzcas una dirección de correo electrónico.
Se enviará un correo electrónico a esa dirección con las instrucciones sobre cómo cambiar la contraseña.
