Achten Sie darauf, dass sich der
Fettfilter nicht vor der Ansaugöff-
nung des Gebläses befindet. Die
Backzeit verlängert sich dadurch
und die Bräunung wird ungleich-
mäßig.
Diese Backofenfunktion eignet sich gut
zum Backen von
Kuchen mit feuchtigkeitshaltigem
Belag, z. B. Pizza, Quarktorte,
Pflaumenkuchen, Quiche Lorraine,
Wähe.
Kuchen mit Guss ohne vorher abge-
backenem Boden, z. B. Eierschecke.
Den Kuchen in die Einschubebene 1
setzen. Ist er von unten zu intensiv ge-
backen, wählen Sie das nächste Mal
eine höhere Ebene.
Ober- und Unterhitze A
Verwenden Sie matte, dunkle Back-
formen.
Helle Formen aus blankem Material
ergeben eine ungleichmäßige oder
schwache Bräunung in der Form,
und unter ungünstigen Umständen
wird das Backgut auch nicht richtig
gar.
Den Backofen nur vorheizen
bei Kuchen / Gebäck mit kurzer
Backzeit (bis ca. 30 Minuten),
bei empfindlichen Teigen,
z. B. Biskuit,
bei dunklen Brotteigen.
Die Einschubebene 1 oder 2 wählen.
