Probleem Mogelijke oorzaak Oplossing
Het apparaat
werkt niet.
Het apparaat is niet aangesloten
op de netvoeding.
Controleer uw zekeringen en of er
stroom is.
De deur is niet gesloten. Open en sluit de deur voordat u het
opnieuw probeert.
Er verschijnt een
bericht zoals: F2,
F3C, F7 of Err2,
Err3, Err5.
De oven heeft vastgesteld
dat er zich een storing heeft
voorgedaan in een van de
sensoren of iets dergelijks.
Schakel de oven uit en wacht 10
minuten voordat u hem weer inschakelt,
probeer dan opnieuw om de oven
te laten werken. Als dit ook niet
helpt: neem dan contact op met de
klantenservice.
Het voedsel is
niet overal even
warm.
Hele dunne gedeeltes, zoals
kippenvleugeltjes en dergelijke,
zijn niet beschermd.
Bescherm de dunne gedeeltes met
aluminiumfolie.
Het voedsel werd op een te hoog
vermogensniveau verwarmd.
Kies een lager vermogensniveau.
De draaischijf is gestopt. Controleer of de draaischijf en het
draaiplateau op hun plaats zitten en
het voedsel goed in het midden is
geplaatst en niet in aanraking komt met
de wanden van de ovenruimte.
Het voedsel
draait niet.

de bodem van de ovenruimte schoon is.
Klantenservice
Voordat u contact opneemt met de Klantenservice:
1. Ga na of u het probleem zelf kunt oplossen (zie de tabel “Wat moet u doen als ...”).
2. Schakel het apparaat uit en weer aan om te zien of het probleem verholpen is.
Als na het uitvoeren van deze controles de storing nog steeds aanwezig is, neem dan contact op
met de IKEA Klantenservice.
Vermeld altijd:
- de aard van de storing;
- het exacte type en model van het apparaat;
- het servicenummer (het nummer na het woord “Service” op het
typeplaatje) zit in de binnenhoek van de ovenruimte (zichtbaar
met de deur open);
- uw volledige adres;
- uw telefoonnummer.
Wendt u, in het geval dat reparatie noodzakelijk is, tot een erkende IKEA Klantenservice (alleen
dan heeft u zekerheid dat originele vervangingsonderdelen worden gebruikt en de reparatie
correct wordt uitgevoerd).

  • I want to replace my NUTID MWC6 combimagn hetel 60x46W by a new one.
    The new magnetron must be identical regarding dimensions.
