In den ersten 10 Minuten können Sie eine
Backofentemperatur von 80 °C bis 150 °C
einstellen. Die Standardtemperatur beträgt
90 °C. Nach der Einstellung der Temperatur
behält der Backofen eine Temperatur von
80 °C bei. Verwenden Sie diese Funktion
nicht für Geflügel.
Garen Sie bei Verwendung
dieser Funktion stets ohne
Deckel.
1. Das Fleisch in einer Pfanne auf dem
Kochfeld auf jeder Seite 1-2 Minuten
sehr heiß anbraten.
2. Das Fleisch in der heißen Bratpfanne auf
den Kombirost in den Backofen stellen.
3. Wählen Sie die Funktion
Niedertemperatur Garen.
