Abrikozenroom
Ingrediënten voor 2 personen:
250 g abrikozen
100 ml witte wijn
2 - 3 eetlepels suiker
150 g mascarpone of kwark (roomkaas)
250 ml room
2 eetlepels abrikozenlikeur of
kersenbrandy
Methode:
Meng de abrikozen met de witte wijn en de
suiker in een kom en selecteer het
programma Abrikozenroom. Laat het
afkoelen.
Klop de abrikozencompote door het te
mixen of maak er puree van met een
blender. Meng de mascarpone of kwark
lepel voor lepel met de puree.
Klop de room stijf en meng het voorzichtig
met de abrikozenroom. Voeg de
abrikozenlikeur toe zodat de
abrikozenroom lekker gaat ruiken.
Zet de room op een koele plek.
Bereidingstijd in het apparaat: 6 minuten
Roosterhoogte: Bottom glass plate
Perziken in Amaretto
Ingrediënten voor 2 personen:
4 halve perziken uit blik
50 g amaretti
1 volle eetlepel suiker (1)
1 eetlepel cacaopoeder
1 eetlepel Vin Santo (Italiaanse
dessertwijn) of Grand Marnier
blokjes boter
100 ml crème fraîche
1 eetlepel suiker (2)
Methode:
Drenk de perziken en doe ze in een
ingevette bakvorm. Breek de amaretti-
koekjes en meng ze met de suiker (1) en het
cacaopoeder. Voeg Vin Santo toe voor een
dikke pasta. Maak er 4 balletjes van en
doe ze in de halve perziken.
Serveer de warme perziken met crème
fraîche gezoet met suiker (2).
Bereidingstijd in het apparaat: 5 minuten
