Función Descripción de la función
ECO AIRE
FORZADO*
Para cocinar asados rellenos y carne troceada en un nivel. Esta función utiliza la
asistencia discontinua y delicada del ventilador, que evita que los alimentos se
sequen demasiado. En esta función ECO, la luz permanece apagada durante
la cocción y puede encenderse de nuevo temporalmente pulsando el botón de
conrmar. Para maximizar la eciencia energética, se recomienda no abrir la
puerta durante la cocción. Se recomienda utilizar el 3° nivel. No es necesario
precalentar el horno.
DESCONGELAR
Para acelerar la descongelación de los alimentos. Se recomienda colocar los
alimentos en el nivel central.
Además, se recomienda dejar los alimentos en su envase para evitar que se
sequen por fuera.
MANTENER
CALIENTE
Para mantener calientes y crujientes los alimentos recién cocinados (p. ej., carnes,
fritos o tartaletas). Se recomienda colocar los alimentos en el nivel central.
FERMENTAR
MASAS
Para optimizar la fermentación de masas dulces o saladas. Para garantizar la
calidad de fermentación, la función no se activa si la temperatura en la cámara
de cocción supera los 40 °C. Poner la masa en el 2° nivel. No es necesario
precalentar el horno.
PRECALENTAR
RÁPIDO
Sirve para precalentar el horno rápidamente. Al completarse la fase
de precalentamiento, el horno selecciona automáticamente la función
CONVENCIONAL. Espere a que termine el precalentamiento antes de introducir
los alimentos en el horno.

Para congurar la pantalla (hora, luz, volumen de sonidos, ahorro de energía)
