Η iHealth Lab, Inc. ("IHealth") εγγυάται για τον εξοπλισμό iHealth (το
"Προϊόν"), και μόνο για το Προϊόν, έναντι ελαττωμάτων σε υλικά και
κατασκευή υπό κανονική χρήση για περίοδο ενός έτους (365
ημερών) από την ημερομηνία αγοράς από τον αρχικό αγοραστή
("Περίοδος εγγύησης"). Με βάση αυτήν την Περιορισμένη εγγύηση,
αν προκύψει κάποιο ελάττωμα και παραληφθεί έγκυρη απαίτηση
από την iHealth εντός της Περιόδου εγγύησης όσον αφορά το
Προϊόν, η iHealth, κατά τη διακριτική της ευχέρεια και στο βαθμό
που επιτρέπεται από τον νόμο, είτε (1) θα επισκευάσει το Προϊόν
χρησιμοποιώντας καινούρια ή ανακατασκευασμένα εξαρτήματα ή
(2) θα ανταλλάξει το Προϊόν με καινούριο ή ανακατασκευασμένο
Προϊόν. Σε περίπτωση ελαττώματος, στο βαθμό που επιτρέπεται
από τον νόμο, αυτά είναι τα μοναδικά και αποκλειστικά μέτρα
