I just bought igpsport igs20e. The device was working fine for one month and then it is now not recognized as usb device when i connect it to my computer. Instead it shows a blank white screen. The computer otherwise is working absolutely fine. I ruled out my computer issues, it is solely the compenent USB that is not working. Need advice.
