18. Poggiare la porta dell'unità(15) sul pavimento e avvitare il cardine della porta(2) alla porta
dell'unità(15) mediante le viti(7). (fig.L)
19. Per evitare alcuni errori nel mobile, sono previsti distanziatori di plastica(A) incollati al cardine
della porta(2). Rimuovere questi distanziatori di plastica(A). (fig.M)
20. Rimuovere i binari del cardine della porta(10) dalla porta dell'apparecchio. Avvitare i bulloni(12)
ai fori della porta dell'apparecchio lasciando lo spazio necessario utilizzando il distanziatore
dell'unità porta(11). (fig.N)
21. Aprire la porta dell'apparecchio. Collocare la porta dell'unità(15) sulla porta del dispositivo
inserendo i bulloni (12) nelle scanalature sul cardine della porta(2). (fig.N)
22. Posizionare le rondelle (13) e avvitare i dadi(14) sui bulloni(12). (fig.N)
23. Una distanza di 1~2 mm tra l'unità stessa e la sua porta è fondamentale per le prestazioni
dell'apparecchio. Chiudere la porta ed effettuare una regolazione di precisione della porta
dell'unità(15) avvitando o svitando i bulloni(12) per la regolazione verticale e, con l'ausilio della
scanalatura, al cardine della porta(2) per altre direzioni. (fig.P1)
24. Collocare i fissaggi inferiori della porta(5) sul fondo della porta dell'apparecchio tra la porta
dell'apparecchio e la porta dell'unità(15). Avvitare i fissaggi inferiori della porta(5) alla porta
dell'apparecchio con le viti(6). (fig.O)
25. Avvitare i fissaggi inferiori della porta(5) all'unità della porta(15) con le viti(7). (fig.O)
26. Per regolare lo spazio tra la porta(15) superiore dell'unità e l'unità stessa, svitare le viti(6) e
poi regolare lo spazio tra la porta superiore dell'apparecchio(19) e la porta superiore
dell'unità(15) mediante l'effetto molla dei fissaggi inferiori della porta(5) stringendo
nuovamente le viti(6).
27. Far scivolare il coperchio(3) sul cardine della porta(2). (fig.P2)
