In this connection Customer hereby takes into
account that unless this Warranty Card specifies
serial number of purchased product, i.e.,
comparison of such serial number identified in the
product with the serial number identified in this
Warranty Card and document of product
purchase/or delivery note shall not allow to confirm
that particular product has come from Seller, in
case of any doubts about the origin of such
particular product Seller shall be entitled to
automatically and without any other acts to reject
the complaint of such goods.
Warranty shall not apply to:
-product damage suffered by unqualified
installation of firmware or its modification;
-product damage by static electricity;
-product use for any other purposes than designed,
described in attached operating instructions;
-damage to warranty seal of the producer, attached
to the product;
-product damage inconsistent with the operating
instructions, technical standards or safety
regulations valid in the country where was the
product sold.
-product damage resulting from normal wear and
tear;
-discharged batteries, decrease in battery capacity
