USE
1. Cut the insoles (8) to t your shoe size. Cutting guides (10) for various shoe sizes are marked on the
bottom of the insoles.
2. Place the insoles in your shoes. Make sure that the cable and jack plug (1) are located outside the shoes.
3. Put the battery compartment in the battery case (6). The On/Off switch must be in the upper part of the
battery case.
4. Fasten the battery case to your leg with the hook and loop fastener (7).
5. Connect the jack plug to the connection socket (5).
6. Switch the On/Off switch ON/OFF (3) to ON. The power indicator lights up red and indicates that the power
supply is connected and the insoles are being heated.
7. Close the battery case. The power indicator is visible through the view window (2).
8. To save energy it is recommended to turn on the batteries only when your feet are cold. After warming up
and when you feel comfortable, the battery supply can be turned off.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Caution! Disconnect the jack plug from the battery compartment before cleaning.
Caution! Do not use alcohol, acetone, gasoline or aggressive cleaning agents, etc. for cleaning.
Do not use hard brushes or metal objects, either.
Clean the battery compartment with a dry rag. Make sure that no liquid enters the housing. Remove the insoles
from your shoes occasionally to air them out.

devices must be collected separately from household waste in order to increase the percentage of
recovered devices and to recycle their parts, with the goal of reducing the negative effects on human
health and on the environment.
The symbol of the crossed out garbage can will be stamped onto all devices as a reminder of the
obligation to put them in a separate garbage collection. The consumer must consult local authorities or the
vendor to inform themselves about the manner in which their device should be disposed of.
Batteries do not belong in household waste! Expired batteries must be disposed of in an environmentally
friendly way and according to the applicable legal regulations.
Remove the batteries prior to disposing of the device.
