• Let the device cool down in a dry, cool location that is protected from moisture and direct sunlight and that is out of reach
of children.
Tips on the batteries
• If any batteries leak, then remove them with a cloth and dispose of them appropriately. Prevent battery acid from coming
into contact with skin and eyes. If you do get battery acid in your eyes, flush them thoroughly with lots of water and
consult a physician immediately. If battery acid comes into contact with your skin, wash the affected area with lots of
water and soap.
• Batteries are very dangerous if swallowed. Please always keep small children away from them. If a battery is swallowed,
seek medical attention immediately.
• Never take apart the batteries and never throw them into a fire or short circuit them.

Batteries do not belong in household waste!
Please dispose of expired batteries in an environmentally friendly
way and according to the applicable legal regulations.

Disposal of old electric devices.
The European directive 2002/96/EC for waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) states that

devices and to recycle their parts, with the goal of reducing the negative effects on human health and on
the environment.
The symbol of the crossed out garbage can will be stamped onto all devices as a reminder of the
obligation to put them in a separate garbage collection. The consumer must consult local authorities or
the vendor to inform themselves about the manner in which their device should be disposed of.
When the device has reached the end of its service life, make it defective by disconnecting the power
plug from the socket and cutting the cord in two.

points or waste separation.
