Elhasznált elektromos készülékektől való megszabadulás.

A 2002/96/EC jelű, elektromos készülékekről szóló európai irányelv (WEEE)

kimondja, hogy az elhasznált háztartási készülékek nem helyezhetők a vegyes

hulladék közé. Ezeket az elhasznált berendezéseket a normál háztartási hulladék

tól elkülönítve kell gyűjteni, így mindenki kiveheti a részét a hulladékok újra

hasznosításában, melynek célja, hogy az emberek egészsége és a természet minél

kevésbé károsodjon.

Az áthúzott szemeteskukát ábrázoló szimbólum felkerül minden készülékre, ezzel

arra figyelmeztet, hogy azokat elkülönítve kell gyűjteni. A készülékek használóinak

a helyi illetékesektől vagy az eladóktól kell érdeklődniük a készülékek hulladékba

való kihelyezésének módjával kapcsolatban.

n A készülék hulladékba való kihelyezése előtt vágja át annak az elektromos

vezetékét.

n Gondoskodjon a a csomagolóanyagok szakszerű hulladékba való kihelyezéséről. A

gyűjtőhelyekkel illetve a hulladékszelekcióval kapcsolatban érdeklődjön a helyi hatóságoknál.
