Una temperatura superior o inferior a la indicada podría precisar un menor o
mayor tiempo de cocinado.
b. La temperatura el peso y la forma de los alimentos influirán en gran medida al
efecto de cocinado. Si observara alguna desviación respecto a lo anotado en
el menú anterior, podrá ajustar el tiempo de cocinado para unos mejores
resultados.
