Forberedelse af service
For at opnå det bedst mulige opvaske resultat, er det vigtigt at fjerne rester fra
tallerkener (benstumper, tandstikkere, grønsager, skind fra frugt, o.s.v.) Disse ting
kan nemt sætte sig fast og blokerer afløb og huller i spulearmene.
Hvis bradepande, ovnfaste fade, o.s.v. er meget snavsede med fastbrændt fedt og
kød, anbefales det at lade disse stå i blød inden opvask.
Fyldning af øverste kurv
Den øverste kurv er langs siderne udstyret med hylder der kan vippes til lodret, eller
vandret. Når hylderne er sænkede kan de anvendes til kopper, små glas, køkkenk-
nive, grydeskeer og paletknive, der er for lange til at være i bestikkurven. Glas med
fod kan også hænges op hylden.
Glas, krus, kopper sovseskåle, og mindre ting kan placeres under hylderne.
Tallerkener kan placeres i den øverste kurv, med hylderne i lodret position.
Tallerkener og fade skal placeres lodret, med bunden mod opvaskemaskinens
bagside. Tallerkener kan stilles i en enkelt række (Fig. 1), eller i to rækker (Fig. 2).
Fade og skåle kan også placeres i den øverste kurv, husk at anbringe skåle med
bunden opad.
Den øverste kurv er designet til at give mest mulig plads, optimal fleksibilitet, og
bedst mulige udnyttelse. Kurven kan rumme 24 tallerkener i to rækker, eller 30 glas
i fem rækker, eller blandet fyldning.
Fyldning af nederste kurv
Soucepander, gryder, salatskåle, varmefaste fade, serveringsfade, låg, terriner o.s.v.
kan fyldes i den nederste kurv.
Der er en speciel kurv til bestik (Fig. 3).
