The foodstuffs requiring refrigeration must be kept as far away as possible from those
requiring freezing. When freezing starts, in order not to cool the refrigerator compartment
excessively, it may be necessary to decrease the setting on the thermostat dial by half
number, depending on the load and the ambient temperature. When freezing is over,
reset the thermostat at its normal dial setting.
The maximum quantity that can be frozen, as laid down by European standards, is indica-
ted on the serial number and specification plate.
Ice production: The refrigerator is equipped with plastic trays designed specially for easy
removal of the ice cubes. Should you require greater or quicker ice production, this is
possible by using the aluminium trays of the type sold by electrical appliance dealers.
IF THE LIGHT IN THE REFRIGERATOR'S COMPARTMENT DOES NOT WORK, PRO-
CEED AS FOLLOWS:
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains.
- Remove the protection lid, unhooking it from its positions (in models with ceiling light pull
forward and downward; in models with side light push the lower side and move upward).
- Unscrew the bulb and replace it with a similar one.
- Replace the cover and reconnect the appliance to the mains.
