Controleer bij het verwisselen van de
wielen tevens de remblokken op
slijtage.
Informatie
De binnenzijde en de buitenzijde
van een asymmetrische band zijn
verschillend. Bij het monteren van een
asymmetrische band moet er op
worden gelet dat de zijde met de tekst
“outside” zich aan de buitenzijde
bevindt. Als het merkteken “inside”
zich aan de buitenzijde bevindt, heeft
dat een negatieve invloed op het
rijgedrag van de auto.
Uitlijnen en balanceren van de
wielen
De wielen van uw auto zijn af
fabriek zorgvuldig uitgelijnd en
gebalanceerd voor een lange
levensduur van de banden en
optimale prestaties.
Normaalgesproken is het niet nodig
de wielen nogmaals uit te lijnen. In
het geval de banden van uw auto
echter abnormale slijtage vertonen
of als de auto naar één kant trekt,
kan het zijn dat de auto opnieuw
moet worden uitgelijnd.
Wanneer de auto tijdens het rijden
op een vlakke weg trilt, kan het zijn
dat de wielen opnieuw moeten
worden gebalanceerd.
De verkeerde balanceergewichtjes
kunnen de lichtmetalen velgen
van uw auto beschadigen.
Gebruik alleen goedgekeurde
balanceergewichtjes.

•Gebruik het reservewiel niet
voor het roteren van de wielen
•Gebruik nooit diagonaal- en
radiaalbanden door elkaar.
Anders kan de auto moeilijker
onder controle te houden zijn,
wat kan leiden tot ernstig letsel
of schade aan de auto.
