Rijden met uw auto
Gevallen waarbij het systeem
niet mag worden gebruikt
De bestuurder kan mogelijk
niet via de buitenspiegel worden
gewaarschuwd wanneer:
- Het buitenspiegelhuis is
beschadigd of vuil.
- De ruit is vuil.
- De ruiten sterk getint zijn.
AANDACHT VAN DE
BESTUURDER
De bestuurder dient in onder-
staande situaties voorzichtig te
zijn omdat het systeem onder
bepaalde omstandigheden andere
voertuigen of objecten mogelijk
niet signaleert.
- De auto rijdt op een bochtige
weg of door een tolpoort.
- De sensor is bedekt met water,
sneeuw, modder, enz.
- De achterbumper, waarin de
sensor is ondergebracht, is
bedekt of geblokkeerd door
een object, zoals een sticker,
bumperbeschermer, fietsen-
drager, enz.
- De achterbumper is beschadigd
of de sensor bevindt zich niet
meer in zijn oorspronkelijke
positie.
- De voertuighoogte is lager of
hoger dan normaal door zware
lading in de bagageruimte, een
abnormale bandenspanning,
enz.

- De auto rijdt in slecht weer, zoals
hevige regen of sneeuw.
- Er bevindt zich een vast
voorwerp in de buurt van de
auto, zoals een vangrail.
- Er is een groot voertuig in de
buurt, zoals een bus of
vrachtwagen.
- Er is een (motor)fiets in de buurt.
- Er bevindt zich een platte
aanhanger in de buurt.
- Als uw auto gelijktijdig
weggereden is met de auto naast
u en geaccelereerd heeft.
- Als het andere voertuig met zeer
hoge snelheid passeert.
- Tijdens het wisselen van
rijstrook.
- Tijdens het op- of afrijden van
een steile weg waar de hoogte
van de rijstroken verschillend is.
- Als het andere voertuig zeer
dicht nadert.
- Er hangt een aanhanger of
fietsendrager achter de auto.
